Read | Thomas was engaged to develop a residential prototype model for a modern two-story home featuring a mixed masonry and timber exterior, open deck, and integrated garage. The project focused on establishing a replicable Revit model that could serve as a scalable design starting point for a residential builder or developer looking to streamline the documentation process across multiple units or sites.
Our team built out the full prototype in Revit, incorporating architectural components, material assignments, and site elements that reflect the intended design character of the home. The resulting model gives the client a flexible, well-structured template that can be efficiently adapted to varying lot conditions, unit configurations, and finish specifications — reducing design time and improving consistency across a residential portfolio.
